Luke Ruberto, H.B.A, LL.B.
Luke Ruberto, one of the two founding partners at Ruberto Sheikh LLP, graduated in 2013 with a law degree from Cardiff University of Wales and was subsequently called to the bar in Ontario in 2015.
Prior to attending law school, Luke obtained an HBA from Lakehead University in Political Science and Philosophy.
Luke’s practice focuses on Civil Litigation, Corporate and Commercial Law, Real Estate, Employment Law, Family Law and Child Protection. He regularly appears before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice and has also appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, Small Claims Court, Ontario Municipal Board, and the Landlord Tenant Board.
Although based in Thunder Bay, Luke has, and continues to represent individuals, corporations, and First Nation communities across Northwestern Ontario.
Luke is the Vice-President of the Thunder Bay Law Association (TBLA) and has served as a Director of the TBLA since 2016. Luke coached the Family Law Negotiation moot team at the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law from 2021-2023 and in his spare time, Luke can be found climbing mountains or skipping rocks on Lake Superior.
Luke is as passionate about getting the best results for his clients as he is about his hometown of Thunder Bay.
